The scope of the work included – - 1 boardroom with 3 smaller meeting spaces for team meetings and client consults - Replace existing 1970’s reception counter with new modern curved laminated design - Replace lighting and ceiling tiles throughout foyer/reception - 4 executive workstations in offices - Dark vinyl planking to Foyer/Reception - 14 user Linea back to back workstations only needed 6 at present but envisaged growth Anova chose an oak tone theme with black for an executive class finish. Enquire now → ### Achieve Financial Group With Achieve Financial Group's project, ModFurn were given a free reign on layout, design, colour and finish. Starting with an onsite meet with the builder working on data and power locations. ModFurn engaged their Electrician to install all data cabling, CCTV and Security. This allowed Mod Furn to install all furniture as per plan. The scope of the work included – - 4 Partner workstations with overhead storage, sideboard/credenza closed storage, visitor seating. - 3 Pods of 4 corner workstations with power and data. - 2 Linea straight pod workstations, one of the four being electric sit stand desking. - 3 Client consult rooms with TV’s HDMI, power and data flip box to end of D shaped table - Boardroom tables with TV plus access to HDMI, power and data through an executive in desk flip box - Compactus storage unit in storeroom - 2 Print stations with base and overhead storage - 1 Large custom storage unit – Open plus hinged doors for closed storage - Reception counter to seat 2 people Enquire now → ### Pegasus ModFurn were engaged by Pegasus to give their existing premises a large revamp. The scope of the work included – - 1 Boardroom with 3 smaller meeting spaces including in-desk modules for power and TV's - 1 Executive Office - Reception foyer with artificial green wall - 28 user back-to-back workstations (including 4 electric sit stand hot desks) - Wall mounted phone booths - Kitchen with fridge, Zip chill/boil unit, microwave, and a lunch table with chairs Pegasus staff chose the colours to align with a modern look and with the company theme. Enquire now → ### Newcastle Transport Requiring only a small revamp, ModFurn worked alongside a Designer and Builder to provide Newcastle Transport Hub with a fresh new look. The scope of the work included – - A Curved reception counter with LED lighting with a drop down section - Ottomans with coffee tables - Back of house beach desking with overhead storage - 1 Break out room - 1 Meeting space ModFurn were able to deliver a clean and modern refresh for the existing Newcastle Transport Hub. The turnaround time of the office renovations over our shutdown period was excellent. ModFurn completed the majority of the build during our shutdown period which enabled us to have our office fully operational when we returned.
