ModFurn were tasked with a large renovation of the existing premises which included removing existing offices, replacing the carpet tiles all throughout the area and replace fully enclosed offices with floor to ceiling glass fronts with 1000mm plasterboard dividing walls and frosting film glass above.

The scope of the work included –

• 1 boardroom with 3 smaller meeting spaces for team meetings and client consults
• Replace existing 1970’s reception counter with new modern curved laminated design
• Replace lighting and ceiling tiles throughout foyer/reception
• 4 executive workstations in offices
• Dark vinyl planking to Foyer/Reception
• 14 user Linea back to back workstations only needed 6 at present but envisaged growth

Anova chose an oak tone theme with black for an executive class finish.
